For established coaches, healers, and consultants ready to add the one strategy that reaches entirely new audiences and builds authority at a depth their current marketing simply can't.
You're already showing up. The newsletter goes out, the content gets posted, you show up for your audience because you know it matters.
And your content is pretty good, at least sometimes. What's nagging at you, quietly, is that none of it quite lets people experience the true value of your work.
A caption was never going to do it. A LinkedIn post, however good, wasn't either.
A reel gives you thirty seconds, and that's never been enough for the kind of trust that makes someone certain they're meant to work with you. You're built for a longer conversation, and some part of you has known that for a while.
The people who end up working with you almost always say the same thing: it was hearing what you had to say that did it. Not a post, not a graphic, not a hook. It was experiencing your brilliance somehow, learning how your mind works, feeling your energy. And right now, the formats you're using most are the ones least designed to let that happen.
Podcast guesting is a different category of visibility entirely.
An hour on the right show, in front of an audience your host has spent years building trust with, talking about your work at the level it actually deserves. Not louder, but deeper. And because a podcast episode doesn't disappear the way a reel does, it keeps finding people long after you've recorded it, getting listened to, doing its work consistently in the background of your business.
Most people treat podcast guesting as an opportunity rather than a strategy. They land on a few shows, mostly from their closest network, get the warm glow of lovely feedback, and nothing much moves. The guesting wasn't the problem...skipping the foundations was. The positioning, the targeting, the interview framework that turns a good appearance into genuine authority for your business.

Is this you?
You're established in your field, someone who built a career on substance and has the client results to prove it. You show up for your marketing because you understand it matters, and you're good at it.
But there's a gap between the version of you that exists in social media posts and the version your best clients actually hired, and you're ready to close it.
You want:
Maybe you've been on a podcast or two already. Maybe you haven't started at all.
Either way, you're ready to do it properly, with the positioning, the targeting, the pitch, and an interview framework that means every appearance is meaningful for your business.
Three months from now
Three months from now you have a repeatable system running quietly in the background. Before you pitched a single show, you got your positioning right, your expert identity clear, your talking points and your call to action locked in, because that's the part most people skip and it's exactly why most guesting doesn't convert. Now you're booking shows on purpose, ones genuinely full of the people you're meant to work with, and walking into every conversation already knowing what you're there to say, and what you want listeners to do next.
The appearances compound. A good episode sits in someone's feed for months, gets found by people who weren't even looking for you yet, introduces you to audiences your host spent years earning trust with. You're not building from scratch, you're stepping into borrowed audiences and making the most of every one.
And the enquiries start to reflect it. Not "what a great episode" with nothing behind it, but people reaching out who've heard you think, and who already trust your expertise before they've ever sent you a message. That's what strategic guesting does that random interviews never quite manage. And as your authority grows, so do the opportunities around it: the collaborations, the speaking invitations, the partnerships with people who've heard you and want more of you in their world.

From the host's side of the inbox
As an advertising agency director for twenty years, I saw what worked for the biggest advertisers. As a positioning and messaging expert for coaches and healers since 2020, I've shown them how to attract the clients they love and make more impact and income than ever.
Now I host two top-ranked podcasts, Goals with Soul in the top 1.5% and The Soulful Catalyst in the top 5%, and I've interviewed over 200 guests. I read pitches every single week, so I know within a paragraph whether someone has thought about my audience or just sent the same email to fifty shows. And I've sat across from enough guests to know exactly what separates the ones who walk away with enquiries from the ones who just walk away with compliments.
That's why I created Podcast Guest Era™, and why everything inside it is built from what I've actually watched work, week after week.
Introducing
A strategic guesting programme for coaches, healers, therapists and consultants who are ready to be known at depth, not just seen, so the right people experience you properly and want more of you in their world.
Position first, target and pitch second, leverage everything.
Podcast Guest Era™ is a three month programme for coaches, healers, and consultants who are ready to make podcast guesting a deliberate, repeatable part of how they build their authority and grow their business. It's built around the philosophy that most people approach guesting the wrong way round: they pitch before they've positioned, and they wonder why the appearances don't convert.
This programme fixes that. Position first, target and pitch second, leverage everything. In that order, every time, because when the positioning is right, a single appearance can open doors that simply weren't available to you before.
How it works
Podcast Guest Era™ is built around The Depth-Led Expert Framework™, a positioning-first methodology that moves through three stages: position, pitch, and leverage. The order matters, because skipping any part of it is exactly why most guesting produces compliments rather than clients.
Guest Expert Positioning first, because this is the work that does more than one job: it's what makes a host say yes in the first place, it establishes you as the expert in the room the moment you are on the mic, and it gives you the framework for exactly what to say once you're there. This is the key to the whole thing. Positioning first is what makes everything after it work.
Then pitch. Not a nicer email, anyone can teach that. This is a pitching approach built from the host's side of the inbox, from years of knowing within a paragraph who's thought about the audience and who hasn't. You'll build your show list on purpose, not from whoever happened to say yes, so the rooms you're walking into are full of the people you're meant to work with.
Then leverage. So nothing you record just disappears the day it airs, every appearance compounding long after you've hit record, getting found, being heard, opening doors you hadn't yet thought to knock on. And one conversation feeds everything else. Your socials, your emails, your blog, all of it drawn from something you've already said well.
Because this is podcast guesting as a strategy you'll actually love doing, the kind that builds your authority and becomes the backbone of your marketing in a way that genuinely lights you up.
Inside the three month programme
The full self-paced training portal, so you can move through the three stages of The Depth-Led Expert Framework™ in short, simple modules that allow you to move at pace.
Three Q&A calls every month, where the thinking gets sharpened, the pitches get refined, and the momentum keeps building. Each one opens with dedicated implementation time so you make even faster progress.
The framework only works if it comes through when you're on the mic. Submit your voice recordings and scripts and get personal feedback on whether your depth, your positioning, and your expertise are landing the way they should.
A space for questions, wins, and peer support, with feedback to answer questions between calls. So you never feel like you're figuring it out alone and you never lose momentum waiting for the next call.
A private session with Joanna before you pitch a single show, where you'll leave with your expert identity clear, your positioning sharp, and the confidence of knowing exactly who you are as a guest and what you're there to say. Available to anyone starting in 2026, because getting this right at the start changes everything that comes after it.
You won't just learn the theory. Everyone starting in the Podcast Guest Era™ gets a guaranteed guest interview on The Soulful Catalyst, a top 5% globally ranked podcast hosted by Joanna. This is your chance to put your positioning to work on a real show, with a real audience, and walk away with a live episode you can use in your marketing straight away. Most programmes teach you to pitch. This one also puts you on the mic.
In their words
I thought I knew how to be a podcast guest. I'd done it plenty of times. But there is a world of difference between showing up for a nice conversation and showing up with a strategy. This helped me get so clear on my positioning that I finally felt like myself on the mic, and the right people started noticing.
I used to dread interviews and waffle my way through them. Now I know exactly what I'm there to say, so I can actually enjoy the conversation. It's become the part of my marketing I look forward to.
I got on a top 2% podcast, which was excellent, and then a week later a new client found me just because of my interview. It really works!
Imagine sitting down for an hour-long conversation on a show full of the people you're most meant to reach. Talking about your work at the level it actually deserves, with the clarity and confidence of someone who knows exactly what they're there to say. And knowing that conversation is going to keep finding people, keep doing its work, long after you've moved on to the next one.
That's what it feels like to be heard at depth. To be known not just as someone who shows up consistently, but as someone with a genuine point of view, a body of work, a presence that precedes you into rooms you haven't even entered yet.
Podcast Guest Era™ gives you the strategy, the positioning, and the framework to make that happen deliberately and repeatedly. So the right people experience you properly, your authority compounds over time, and the opportunities that follow, the enquiries, the collaborations, the invitations, arrive as the natural consequence of being genuinely, deeply known in your field.
Before you book a call
We start with you and me. Before you pitch a single show, you get a 1:1 positioning session where we get your expert identity clear, find your signature angle and what your personal podcasting target niche is. Everything that follows depends on this, which is why it comes first rather than somewhere in the middle.
From there you work through the training portal at your own pace, moving through position, pitch and leverage in order. It's yours to revisit as often as you need, so you can go back to the pitching module every time you build a new show list.
Three times a month we meet for group Q&A. Each call opens with dedicated implementation time, so you're doing the work while I'm there rather than adding to a list you'll get to later. Then we sharpen the thinking, refine the pitches, and solve whatever is in the way that month.
You'll also submit voice recordings and scripts for personal feedback. The framework only counts if it comes through when you're actually on the mic, so this is where we make sure your depth and your positioning are landing the way you intend.
And the community runs alongside all of it, so when a host replies and you're not sure how to answer, or you want a second pair of eyes on a pitch, you're not waiting until the next call to ask.
The room will have people at every stage. Some arrive having never recorded an episode. Others have twenty behind them and can't work out why none of them led anywhere. That mix is a feature rather than a problem, because everyone starts in the same place regardless of what came before.
That place is positioning, and it doesn't care about your appearance count. If you've never guested, you'll build your expert identity before you pitch, which means your first appearance does the work most people's tenth still isn't doing. If you've guested plenty, this is where the strategy comes in, so that the appearances you make from here start working for your business rather than just filling the diary.
What actually matters is having real expertise and client results behind you. You have those. The rest is method.
Almost certainly, and specific is an advantage rather than a problem. There are millions of active podcasts and the ones that convert are rarely the biggest. A small show with deeply engaged listeners who are precisely your people will do more for your business than a general show with a large, uninterested audience. Finding those shows is what the targeting stage is for.
If you're not sure whether podcast guesting is the right strategy for your specific expertise, book a Podcast Guest Clarity Call and I'll help you work that out before you commit to anything.
Some will, and that's the job. What changes is the ratio. Most pitches get ignored because they're about the guest rather than the audience, and I read enough of them every week to know the difference within a paragraph. You'll be pitching shows chosen on purpose, with positioning that gives a host an obvious reason to say yes. You'll also stop pitching shows that were never right for you, which is where most of the wasted effort goes.
Two to three focused hours a week is enough for most people to reach their podcast guesting goals within 60 to 90 days. That's the honest answer, and the pace is genuinely yours to set.
The training is self-paced, so you can move through a stage in a week or take a month over it. Three Q&A calls a month keep the momentum going, and each one opens with dedicated implementation time so you're making progress during the call rather than leaving with more to do.
What I've watched, again and again, is that the people who give this real attention move fastest. Not because they work harder, but because positioning, pitching and leverage build on each other. Every hour you put in early compounds into everything that follows. Show up for it and you'll feel that acceleration by the second month.
If you follow the recommended timeline, attend the live calls, and actively pitch the shows on your hit list as the training sets out, you will get booked. If you do all of that and don't land an interview on your hit list within 90 days of the programme, I'll either keep working with you until you do, or give you a full refund. Your choice.
I can offer this because the method works. The people who follow the framework and send the pitches get on shows. Every time. What doesn't work is skipping stages or pitching without positioning, and this programme is specifically built so you won't do either.
